Dr. Tsirbas will tailor your treatment to your specific needs since procedures vary from patient to patient. Surgery is not required by every patient with this problem – many times it is correctable using one of today’s amazing Injectables. This will be determined during your personal consultation with Dr. Tsirbas. If surgery is required to eliminate lower eyelid bags (Blepharoplasty) in addition to injection of the Tear Trough, the treatment can be done under one anaesthetic.
